Learnidia relies on a small number of providers to run the service:

  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication and file storage (child avatars and contact attachments).
  • Lovable AI gateway and its underlying model providers — AI teacher chat, feedback, reports, speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. Learnidia never stores your full card details.
  • Our platform email service — account, verification, notification and newsletter email sent from customercare@learnidia.com.

We do not use advertising networks or third-party ad-tracking pixels. Usage statistics shown in our internal dashboards are generated from our own platform data.
