Cookie policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026 (effective date)

Learnidia uses cookies and similar technologies — including browser local storage — to keep you signed in, remember your choices and improve the academy. This page explains what we use and how you stay in control.

1. Essential

Always active. These keep your session alive after you sign in, protect against abuse, keep the child picture-login secure, and store your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every visit. Learnidia cannot work without them, so they cannot be switched off.

2. Preferences

Optional. These remember settings such as your selected learner profile, interface choices and notices you have dismissed. Turning them off means those choices reset each visit.

3. Analytics

Optional. We use these to understand which lessons and pages are used so we can improve them. Learnidia's usage statistics are first-party and generated from our own platform data; we do not run advertising networks, ad-tracking pixels or cross-site profiling. If we ever add an external analytics provider, it will only load after you have given analytics consent.

4. Third parties

Some cookies are set by the providers that run parts of the service — our cloud and authentication platform (session cookies) and our payment provider (fraud prevention during checkout). These are essential to the features you are using.

5. Changing your choices

You can change your cookie settings at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or here:

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
