Learnidia is used by children, teens and adults in the same academy. This policy keeps it safe and useful for everyone. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Use Learnidia for learning
The Services are for studying English — lessons, practice, games, exam preparation and feedback. Please keep your use within that purpose.
2. Do not misuse the AI teachers
- Do not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or bypass safety instructions.
- Do not ask the AI to produce sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content.
- Do not use the AI to generate spam, malware, phishing text or academic dishonesty material.
- Do not present AI output as your own certified assessment or qualification.
3. Protect children
- Never share a child's personal details — address, phone number, school or exact location — in any chat or upload.
- Never attempt to contact, identify or arrange to meet another learner offline.
- Do not upload images or documents that are inappropriate for a platform used by children.
4. Respect other people
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination in community areas, reviews or messages.
- No impersonation of Learnidia staff, teachers or other learners.
5. Respect the platform
- No scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, reverse engineering or automated access.
- No attempts to bypass usage limits, plan entitlements, paywalls or authentication.
- No probing, scanning or interfering with our infrastructure or other users' accounts.
- No sharing accounts or credentials. Family plans provide separate child profiles instead.
6. Uploads
Only upload files you have the right to share. Do not upload malware, illegal content, third-party copyrighted material without permission, or sensitive personal data (such as health, identity or financial documents) — including in contact-form attachments.
7. Consequences
Breaches may lead to a warning, removal of content, loss of specific features, suspension or permanent closure of the account. Serious safety issues may be reported to the relevant authorities. Where a child profile is involved, the parent will be informed.
8. Reporting a problem
Report abuse, unsafe content, or a security concern to customercare@learnidia.com. Please include enough detail for us to investigate, and do not include passwords. We review reports promptly and prioritise anything affecting a child's safety.
